Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The referral program is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older. 1.2. Referrers must be current or past participants of Clyde Langley's group coaching programme.
2. Referral Process
2.1. To participate, referrers must provide the contact details of the referral via the designated referral form available on the program's website. 2.2. The referral must sign up and complete the enrollment process for the group coaching programme. 2.3. The referral must acknowledge the referrer at the time of enrollment.
3. Voucher Details
3.1. Referrers will receive a R500 Takealot voucher for each successful referral who completes the enrollment and payment process. 3.2. The Takealot voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 3.3. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.
4. Conditions for Voucher Issuance
4.1. The referral must remain enrolled in the program for at least three months to qualify for the voucher. 4.2. Should the referrer receive the voucher and the referral withdraws within the first three months, the R500 will be added to the referrer’s debit order as a chargeback. 4.3. The voucher will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the referral's successful enrollment and completion of the three-month period.
5. General Conditions
5.1. Referrers can refer multiple individuals and receive multiple vouchers, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria. 5.2. Clyde Langley reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals and to disqualify any referrer or referral suspected of tampering with the referral process. 5.3. Clyde Langley reserves the right to amend or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
6. Liability
6.1. Clyde Langley will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the referral program, including but not limited to, the use of the Takealot voucher. 6.2. In case of any dispute, Clyde Langley's decision will be final and binding.
7. Privacy
7.1. By participating in the referral program, referrers and referrals agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Clyde Langley's privacy policy.
